MaidAgency.my is a directory of licensed maid agencies in Malaysia. The data displayed on this site comes from the following public sources:

• JTKSM Register — Agency names, licence numbers, categories, validity dates, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses published by the Ministry of Human Resources (Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Semenanjung Malaysia).
• Google Maps — Business listings including ratings, review counts, phone numbers, websites, and coordinates.

Kami tidak mengumpul data peribadi pengguna laman web ini kecuali melalui borang pertanyaan (nama dan nombor telefon yang anda berikan secara sukarela).

2. How we use data / Cara kami menggunakan data

Agency data is used solely to operate this directory. We do not sell, share, or transfer agency data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Enquiry form submissions are forwarded directly to the relevant agency. We do not store form submissions beyond delivery.

3. Cookies and Analytics / Kuki dan Analitik

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. GA4 uses first-party cookies. No personal data is collected. You can opt out by using your browser's cookie settings.

4. Your rights / Hak anda

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA / Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010), you have the right to:

If you are an agency listed on this site and wish to update or remove your listing, please contact us. We will process your request within 7 working days.
